— Brixley, a 240-unit complex by A.G. Spanos Companies, near the northwest corner of State Road 64 and Upper Manatee River Road;
— A 292-unit complex (Oasis at Manatee River) at 1703 Pope Road;
— A 215-unit complex at the northeast corner of 44th Avenue East and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard (up to 541 units are allowed in this area);
— 84 units at the northwest corner of 44th Avenue East and White Eagle Boulevard; and
— Approximately 580 more units at Waterside Place.
Forest Properties in November 2019 welcomed its first residents to its 247-unit apartment community called Magnolia Estates. The project is located at 6437 Brook Village Cove, Bradenton, adjacent to Forest Properties’ Ranch Lake Apartments community.
Magnolia Estates comprises three rental offerings — one-bedroom apartments in a three-story elevator building, two-bedroom town homes with attached garages and three-bedroom paired villas.

Also newly opened are The Residences at The Green at the northeast corner of State Road 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, with 300 units. It opened in fall 2019.
The 299-unit The Adley Lakewood Ranch opened within Lakewood Ranch’s Waterside project in early 2019, as well.
