We just spent a few moments looking at reviews of Barbara and her team and couldn't agree more with the accolades they received from other buyers and sellers! Barbara made us comfortable within the first few moments of meeting with her. We are new to this area and Barbara was quick to dodge and weave with our changing thoughts on what our exact needs were for our transition to Lakewood Ranch. She was patient and thoughtful - listened and responded to our comments on the homes we visited with her. Our last home in Florida was over three hours away and Barbara was always respectful of our limited time for house hunting and we felt that we were her number one priority while we were in the area. She was always prepared with information and shared ideas for how to make any home our own. When we drove around the area, we appreciated Barbars's knowledge of the vicinity and narrative about the area as we drove with her from place to place. Once we decided to make our purchase, we discussed the sale of our home on the East coast with Barbara. She knew how difficult that decision was for us and was supportive and empathetic to our concerns about selling in a difficult market. She provided guidance and feedback and always made us feel like she was part of that process as well! Ultimately we decided to go with new construction which was conducted while we were up north. Barbara monitored the progress of the build and kept us informed, and we felt comfortable relying on her extensive knowledge of the process though we were remote. She was diligent during the closing process and helped us keep on top of all the details associated with dealing with a large scale builder. Notes were taken during our walk through and emailed to us in a timely manner so that we could react appropriately. She made every effort to keep us on top of a sometimes demanding timeline! Barbara continues to communicate about homesteading and other details that need to be addressed after the closing. We continue to feel comfortable reaching out to her with questions after the closing and confident in knowing that Barbara will be there in the future if needed.

Barbara did a fantastic job for us. She took the time to learn about our family and our needs. It wasn't easy to find the perfect home for us (we are very picky). Barbara stuck with us and found the diamond we were looking for. She was committed to finding the perfect house for us and she did. Wow! Where to begin. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to enlist Barbara Milian as my realtor. I am a second time homeowner with very little experience over the intensive process of finding and closing on a home However, from the minute we met I knew I was in good hands. At first I was a bit skeptical and hesitant in getting out there and looking at different properties. I wasn't 100% confident of my timeline, or even that I knew what type of house, what area or specific neighborhood I was interested in. And, to be honest, part of me was worried I could be wasting Barbara's time. All of those worries dissipated after our second outing. Barbara selected the very best properties in my budget, in areas both near and a little on the outside of the part of town I was leaning towards. Through her guidance and support we were able to narrow our search to two communities. And after only 3 months she helped me find the perfect home! Barbara is organized, detail oriented, knowledgeable, patient and has impressive connections with an array of licensed and reputable service providers from handymen, to cleaners, to general contractors and everyone in-between. Not only is Barbara a true professional, she is a truly delightful person. Every question I had, every thought I spoke out loud Barbara took action to provide immediate feedback and resolution as needed. There is no way I could have done this without her. I am confident in the choice of my new home, and confident I am well prepared to tackle any and all responsibilities of home ownership. Barbara Millan es la mejor Realtor que hemos podido encontrar , aparte de ser bilingüe (Ingles y español) , es una profesional en toda la extension de la palabra, mas seguros no pudimos estar de la compra de la propiedad que realizamos, , la investigación que realizo del predio fue exhaustiva y completa, y para el cierre de la operación, no tienen de que preocuparse, ella les hará entrega de cada detalle del predio, debidamente presentado. ES EXCELENTE!!!! Y Como ser humano, de las mejores energías que haya podido ver y sentir en una persona, la paciencia y su buen carácter hacen de ella el complemento perfecto para esta profesión. 5 stars is not high enough of a rating. She deserves 10! We were the buyers in our transaction and the seller was difficult to deal with. Barbara handled the transaction with grace and ease.
