Her passion for real estate runs deep, having begun her career as a Junior New Home Sales Consultant at a community consisting of townhomes and single-family homes in the gated enclave known as Charlestowne in Miami. Her Spanish speaking skills, customer service-oriented approach and attention-to-detail distinguished her as an essential part of the team. Her continued success was later proven as a Property Manager for a realty group in Los Angeles, where she oversaw a property of 370 apartment homes, a staff of eight, and successfully brought the property to 100% occupancy. Barbara will offer her experience of property management, comprehensive marketing and management skills to your next transaction.

A resident of Manatee County since 1994, Barbara brings specialized knowledge of the Gulf Coast as well as her record-setting business acumen to buyers and sellers. Barbara has two sons and two grandchildren. Fun fact: on September 1, 2004, her younger son was the first baby born at Lakewood Ranch Hospital. Barbara enjoys spending time at the beach and hosting parties for friends and family. She’s passionate about showing her generosity and giving back to the community and beyond by contributing to the MSC Foundation on every closing, her local neighborhood through the Lakewood Ranch Fund for non-profits, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Meals on Wheels of Manatee and Lakewood Church.
